About La Dermatique
Honest skin science, for real skin.
La Dermatique is a doctor-led skin-science platform. We explain what the evidence says about skin, ingredients and treatments, so you can make safer, better-informed choices.
Why we exist
Skincare advice is everywhere, and much of it is wrong, exaggerated or selling something. In Pakistan, unregulated “whitening” creams that may contain steroids or mercury are still widely sold, and many people discover the damage only after it is done.
La Dermatique exists to give clear, careful answers: what a condition is, what helps, what does not, and when it is time to see a dermatologist.
Our promise
- Evidence first. Claims are based on research and clinical guidelines, with references.
- Named expertise. Every article is written or reviewed by a qualified doctor and shows when it was last reviewed.
- Honest about limits. We say when evidence is weak, and we never promise results.
- Independent. No paid product rankings. Any sponsorship is clearly disclosed.
- Safety first. Our tools and articles educate; they never diagnose.
